Great progress has been made since we officially became Heritage and People’s Choice on 1 March 2023. We are delivering on the commitments we made, and our members are already benefiting. The rationale for the merger was always about doing more for our members, and we continue to keep that front and centre of our priorities.
During our first six months, we’ve been focused on bring together our people and processes while maintaining our high standards of service to our members.
We are working on developing a simpler, modern technology suite which will be able to grow with us and provide you with a better banking experience.
There is a lot more to do over the coming years and we are committed to keeping you informed. In October we will publish our 2023 Customer Report, which details our performance and achievements over the past year and our exciting plans for the future.
